metastudent-data-2 software package provides predictor of Gene Ontology terms from protein sequence - data #2, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install metastudent-data-2
metastudent-data-2 is installed in your system.
